This policy explains what FoundersHQ collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to thefoundershq.com and the FoundersHQ application.

What we collect

Account details. When you sign up we store your name and email through our authentication provider so we can sign you in and reach you about your account.

Content from your tools. With your permission we read activity from the tools you connect — issues, pull requests, pages, calendar events, and email threads. We read this content to build your private ledger and the updates you generate.

Usage. We record basic product analytics, such as pages viewed and features used, to understand what is working.

How we use your data

We use the content we read to assemble your ledger and to draft your weekly investor update, post, and thread. Every line we generate cites the source it came from, so you can trace any claim back to a real event.

We do not sell your data, and we do not write to, post in, or change anything in your connected tools.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: authentication, database hosting, billing, and the model that generates your drafts. Each one processes data only to perform its part of the service, under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your ledger and account data while your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time, and we remove it when you close your account.

Your choices

You can revoke any connected tool in one click, change what you share, or delete your account. Revoking a tool stops new reads at once.
